Mark Chew, Managing Director of Redd+E and CEO, commented: “Alliance is one of the biggest esports organisations in Europe while we have established a strong presence in Asia.
“This partnership will bring mutual benefits and we can take best practices from both companies and help each other develop an even stronger network in both regions.”
According to the release, Alliance will work closely with Redd+E to develop a footprint in Asia, along with ensuring exposure and awareness of its teams and content beyond Europe. Moreover, the organisations will possibly cooperate on unspecified activations within the Southeast Asian region in the future.
“This is an exciting development for Redd+E and Team Flash,” continued Chew. “Alliance has some of the strongest esports teams in Europe and having their input and guidance will ensure that we can keep Team Flash’s roster competitive and continue to build our stable of esports teams.”
Based in Singapore, Redd+E is a marketing agency that claims to deliver smart and impactful solutions in both, sports and esports spaces.
Its services include media rights consulting, commercialisation development, event consulting, project management, organisational consultancy for sports associations, athlete management and marketing consultancy. The agency has previously invested in the Southeast Asian esports organisation Team Flash.
Jonathan Berg, Alliance CEO, commented: “It hasn’t been long since we began our expansion into Southeast Asia and it’s a pleasure to be active in the region since day one. Our base and Wild Rift division is up and running and we have many exciting announcements, with new divisions and projects, lined up throughout 2021 and 2022.
“I’m very excited to partner up with Redd+E. Our goals for this market are big and I’m confident this partnership is the start of a long and fruitful relationship.”
Esports Insider says: The announcement follows Alliance’s expansion in the Southeast Asian region with its new Wild Rift roster that was revealed earlier this year. This partnership should help the organisation with promoting and establishing itself in the new market
